Maria Okpeh ..is a trendsetter in the beauty industry with over 14 years of experience. She is a Master Braider ,Serial Salon Owner , Creator of the Ouchless Hair Braiding ® technique , Educator, and Entrepreneur.

Maria has established her career empowering women of all walks of life to embrace their beauty both inside and out. Her first business name was called Beauty from the inside Out ! 

She is the privileged owner of Nia Soule Salon, with locations in the Atlanta area specifically Norcross, Fayetteville & Snellville and across state lines you can find one of her salon locations In the Lone Star State , Texas.. 

She founded the contemporary African Boutique called Sisi Eko Boutique in 2018 to support and empower local artisans in her native country Nigeria and to bridge the fashion gap between Africa & The Diaspora . One of the few black owned Beauty Supply stores in the Atlanta area called Nia Soule Beauty Supply store is one of her many landmarks in the beauty industry founded in 2021! 

Maria’s passion to see women empowered and pursue their God given Purpose inspired The KARIM & PSALM Leadership Project , the KARIM & PSALM 411 Beauty Business Coaching and the KARIM & PSALM Education platform where she teaches her Ouchless Hair Braiding® technique.

Her work is trusted by major U.S. movie production featuring the block buster hit Marvel’s Black Panther 2018 (Leticia Wright) , Avengers The Endgame (2019 ) & The Hate U Give ( Amandla Sternberg) and a few others .. Her work can also be seen in online publications.

Maria’s haircare skills include Ouchless Hair Braiding® and healthy hair care while in braids or transitioning with braids . She does hair for models, actors, and performers for live events, videos, and photo shoots.
