Salon Policy

If you are not satisfied with your hair ensure stylist (s) are notified WITHIN the first 30mins of service starting before service ends . No refunds after a service is completed. Based on certain circumstances you may get same style redone or similar priced style . If for any reason there was an error or mistake with any braids or twist hair we will gladly adjust within five (5) days of the original appointment at no additional charge, with the original stylist. If you would like to see a different stylist to adjust the braid or twist, it will be considered a new, fee-for-service appointment.

Do not alter your hairstyle after leaving the salon . If you have any concerns call your local Nia Soule Salon Location for help . Altered hair styles will not be due any refunds or a replacement style . Report any concerns about your style within the first week by calling the specific salon location.
Twenty-four-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via salon phone call /booking software and/or voicemail. No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All services under $50 require full deposit, other appointments require 30% deposit at booking.

Our reception area is for clients who are being serviced only. There are no guests or children under 13 allowed to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced.

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed in cash, zelle. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
