Braid Cycle Prepay™ is not a credit card or a third-party “buy now, pay later.” It’s a simple, flexible way to pre-fund your appointment in small, gentle payments—perfect for anyone looking for braids on a budget without sacrificing quality or comfort.
How Braid Cycle Prepay™ Works

- Option 1 – 100% Before Your Appointment
- Option 2 – 80% Before, 20% After
Option 1: 100% Funded Before Your Appointment
Perfect if you want zero balance due on braid day.
- Choose a 2, 4, or 6-week Braid Cycle Prepay™ plan.
- Make your scheduled payments until your service is 100% funded.
- Once your Braid Cycle Prepay™ is fully funded, you book your appointment date.
- On braid day, you arrive with no remaining balance—just come, rest, and enjoy your ouchless experience.
Example:
If your style is $300 and you choose a 6-week plan, that’s about $50 per week until you are fully funded.
This is a great option if you’ve been searching for a knotless braids payment plan that lets you prepay everything before you sit in the chair.
Option 2: 80% Before, 20% After
Perfect if you want more flexibility and don’t want to wait until you’re fully funded before getting your hair done.
- Choose a 2, 4, or 6-week Braid Cycle Prepay™ plan..
- Fund 80% of your style over your chosen weeks.
- Once you reach 80% funded, you can book your appointment and get your hair done.
- The remaining 20% balance is paid within 2 weeks after your appointment date (in one or two small payments, depending on what we agree together).
Example:
Style total: $300
- 80% before = $240 funded over 2, 4, or 6 weeks
- 20% after = $60 due within 2 weeks of your appointment
This option is ideal if you want to pay for braids in installments and still get your style done sooner.

You have two options:
- Option 1 – 100% Funded Before
You pay the full style amount over 2, 4, or 6 weeks. When you reach 100%, you book your appointment and have no balance on braid day.
- Option 2 – 80% Before, 20% After
You fund 80% of your style over 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Once you hit 80%, you can book your appointment and get your hair done. The remaining 20% balance is due within 2 weeks after your appointment (as one or two payments).
- With Option 1 (100% funded):
You can book once your Braid Cycle Prepay™ plan reaches 100%.
- With Option 2 (80/20):
You can book once your Braid Cycle Prepay™ plan reaches 80% funded.
Our team will let you know when you’ve reached your booking threshold and help you secure a date.

No, Braid Cycle Prepay™ is not a credit product.
- There is no interest, no credit check, and no bank approval.
- You are simply prepaying your style directly with Nia Soule in smaller chunks over time.
If we offer third-party options like Klarna, they are separate from Braid Cycle Prepay™ and follow their own terms.
We help you split your service total evenly over your chosen timeframe.
Example (for a $300 style):
- 2 weeks: about $150 per payment
- 4 weeks: about $75 per payment
- 6 weeks: about $50 per payment
This structure makes it easier to enjoy braids on a budget without feeling overwhelmed.
If a payment fails or is missed:
- We’ll send a reminder and give you a short grace period.
- Your Braid Cycle Prepay™ plan and booking eligibility may be paused until payments are back on track.
- If multiple payments are missed and we’re unable to reach you, your Braid Cycle Prepay™ may be cancelled according to our salon policy.
We encourage you to communicate with us early if something changes. Our goal is to support, not shame.
Yes, within our rescheduling window.
- If you need to move your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Your Braid Cycle Prepay™ payments will remain applied to your account and moved to the new date.
- Last-minute reschedules or no-shows may result in a fee or the loss of a portion of payments, per our salon policy.
Because Braid Cycle Prepay™ is a pre-fund plan for a reserved service, payments are non-refundable but can be transferred once to a new appointment date if rescheduled within 30 days.
